In our 45 minute classes you can expect to get lots of:

Fitness Tracking - We test and retest certain fitness markers to ensure you are on the right path
Utilizing dumbbells and kettlebells along with cardio via our rowing machines and exercise bikes and mixing in body weight exercises like squats and BURPEE's we are able to provide the total fitness experience.

These are in person meetings at our facility where we can talk about your goals, what you can expect from our classes and usually only take about 15 minutes.

With over 8 years of experience with personal training, coaching bootcamp style classes, and other fitness oriented jobs, Jeff is a great addition to our team! He has a "go getter" attitude, is always positive, and is sure to keep you on track with your own fitness goals.
A husband and father of twin boys, Jeff is a great example of someone who is committed to making fitness a lifestyle!
Never an outstanding athlete, Russ found his passion for exercise and training, in the actual process of training. Learning new skills, setting personal records on lifts or personal bests in races is what drives him to continuously seek improvement.
With a degree from WMU in Exercise Science, along with many other certifications, he ensures that athletes are moving safe and effectively throughout the workout.
